Humming is led by Hady Olt — founder, operator and business mentor.

I was the Founder and CEO of Forme Spa, building it into New Zealand’s largest day spa group and leading its successful sale to Australia’s largest spa group, Endota.

Prior to this, I held senior roles in advertising and travel, building a strong foundation in customer strategy, brand and commercial performance.

I’ve worked inside businesses through growth, operational complexity, financial pressure, marketing (including digital), and team challenges — not just from the outside looking in.

Since then, I’ve advised and mentored SME owners across retail, beauty and service businesses, supporting them through both growth and more complex situations.
